Key Hole- Devils backbone

The other day I went for a hike with another mom friend and her baby and my little 9 month old baby. It's a good workout hiking with your kid in the carrier! It was a really sunny fall day, perfect for a hike. We're going to make it happen more often, we decided. Some day I want to do the full 14 mile hike to horsetooth reservoir in Ft. Collins. If you're ever in Loveland, Colorado and looking for a short 2 mile hike, go to Devils Backbone! There are rattle snakes there sometimes on the trail so just as you normally would, stay aware of what's on the trail. And wear pants and socks if you are extra nervous about critters, it is just nature though so don't freak too much, it's normal..and snakes won't chase you so just tread lightly!

RMNP- Rocky Mountain National Park

Hey fans and peeps in the world on this fine and dandy Wednesday! Check out Rocky Mountain National Park any chance you can, especially in the Fall because it is beautiful. Check out the town West of the park, if you're going all the way through it you will get to a town called Granby and there you will see Grand lake. It is a really pretty drive to take if you have a quick minute. Look at all the scenery around you and smile because it is seriously my favorite place. Or pretty much one of my favorite places in Colorado. I'd never think that Colorado would grow on me but...... it did. I love it here, there is so much nature and beauty and lots of birds to watch since it is central U.S.A we get a large variety of birds. That's a story for another day. Happy Fall! I need some pumpkin spice in my life so I think I'm going to find some.
